Parks and Recreation - Many changes have occurred

Parks and recreation has changed some of their policies regarding inflatable rental in the city parks.

The local jumping castle companies were not informed of these changes and many companies were caught off guard.

The major changes are the following

1 Reservations for Jumping castles (In Tucson City Parks) must be aranged 4 Days in advance when you book your Ramada.

2 The company providing the castle must contact blue stake and have the area cleared for the jumping castle to be staked down.

3 If you decide to have a Jumping Castle and you have less then the mandatory 4 days advanced notice we can setup your castle and use sandbags instead of staking it. Unfortunately this is not as safe as having it staked. At the time of setup we will also have to account for the weather if it is windy above 10mph winds we will not be able to set your castle. Safety comes first and we want this to be an enjoyable experience without any incidences.

Jumpmaxx has already taken care of these things for all of our customers this week and it was a great deal of work to ensure we complied. This extra effort is not going to be passed on to our customers in the form of fees.
We want everyone to enjoy their jumping castles and feel that value is still important.

Jumpmaxx has always used the greatest of care in the parks and has never had a problem.
